Terms & Conditions
THE FOLLOWING IS AN EXTRACT OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF PERMANENT & INTERIM STAFF TO BE DIRECTLY EMPLOYED BY THE CLIENT
A full copy of the terms and conditions will be sent to you upon request or upon registering a vacancy.
3.0 NOTIFICATION OF FEES
3.4 The fee payable to The Company by The Client for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement is the amount equal to :SCALE OF FEES;
File Search and Contingency Search
Salaries up to £30,000 15%
Salaries up to £50,000 20%Retained Assignments
Fee due immediately on acceptance of the assignment by The Client and The Company and not returnable under any circumstances (1/3 of relevant fee)
On presentation of shortlist of 30 days after the acceptance of the assignment (whichever is sooner) (1/3 of relevant fee)
On completion of assignment- adjusted for any difference between estimated and actual salary package (1/3 of relevant fee)
All assignments at salaries of £50,000 and above will be retained assignments.
Advertising Costs: - all advertising costs will be agreed in advance and charged to The Client.
Candidates Interview Expenses: - any reasonable travel expenses incurred by candidates in being interviewed by The Client will be the responsibility of The Client.
Value Added Tax: - where applicable VAT will be charged at the current rate. All Business Transacted Will Be Subject To English Law
